Default 2011 hemi ticking?

Just picked up my 2011 ram Laramie 2500 crew, 4x4 yesterday.
Drove it home (500 miles) I noticed that after I got home I could hear a slight ticking (lifter, cam, valvetrain) noise it was most noticeable at idle.
Is this normal?

Thanks
Andy

Use 89 octane gas. I know when i use to use 87 in my 11' big horn i could always hear a slight pinging. But when i use 89 it goes away. Plus the manual recommends 89 but is 87 ACCEPTABLE. Plus I could just be me but i swear i get a little better performance and mpg's using 89. Still calculating that though.

Take this with a grain of salt, but on my 2006 Ford F-150 I heard a slight ticking noise, their service department listened to it and told me it was the fuel injectors, I have the same noise on my RAM and had the service guys listen to it and they said the same thing.........
