As for the trottle body spacer I think it does help some, but the jury is still out on that one. To me the catch can is a no brainier it goes inline from your Pcv to your intake, when an engine gets hot and is being worked the oil can vaporize and go out from your Pcv into your intake thus dirtying your intake and reducing airflow fuel mileage etc. The catch can does what the name says catches the oil before it can get in your intake. Now I have been told that it only makes a significant difference when you use a 180 deg thermostat cause with the stock 190 the engine is hot enough to vaporize "most" of what comes into the intake. Either way to me a cheap way to keep your intake clean works for me.
