I have a regular cab so i lose some room to work with but I was kind of hoping to avoid shop work because i have most of the necessary equipment minus a mandrel bender but thank you for the suggestions maybe i can get that one piece done at a shop.

That's what I'd do, good luck. If/when you do it could you post some pictures, I was thinking of something similar for my truck and would like to see how yours goes. Remember too that on the passenger side you'll either have to run the pipe over the frame rail or under it in the same fashion, so if you run that side under then why not run the driver side under also...? If that makes any sense...
