Default Hell Bent Steel leveling kit install, help please asap?

So Im trying to get the lower strut mount bolt on but its not lining up at all. It says that the strut assembly must be turned 180*, but I thought that just meant turn it 180* for mounting?

Must I do anything with the strut assembly itself or should it just bolt right up? It seems like its not sitting correctly w/ the spacer installed and I cant get the lower strut bolt in

Any help would be great with this as Ive been fighting it way too long, thanks in advance.

I just looked over the directions on their website, it looks like you need to just turn the spacer because of the offset with strut cap then use a jack to get the lower control arm to the height you need to get the lower strut bolt in.

Yeah, I got it finally except its not as easy as the instructions say I had a hell of a time with the first one getting the control arm low enough to slide in the strut. Once I did get it in, it didnt fit.

Spacers were exactly the same in my kit so Im not sure about those? What I ended up doing was swapping the struts on either side and they fit like they should without problems.
