Yes, in this order:

1. Check the fuel cap. Did you just recently add fuel to your truck? A lot of times, this code comes up when the cap isn't fully tight.

2. Your fuel cap doesn't seal to the tank top. You will want to replace the cap.

3. Check your Evap cannister lines. Based on the age of your truck, you might have a faulty, failed or loose vacuum line.

Michael beat me to the punch, my '06 flipped that code often, usually for a gas cap. I did find the issue more frequently when I hit those super Ox alcohol based fuels.

thanx, I'll check out those items. It originally did it when I bought a lockable gas cap, pitched that and went back to the OEM cap. still comes back after I clear the code. I always at least 3-click the cap after fill up.

Start at the top of the tank, and follow all the rubber from it, to the canisters, up to the evap solenoid and LDP, and over to the intake. Replace anything that looks remotely cracked or worn. That's the code for a large leak, so it should be pretty obvious when you find it. Not hard to fix, just takes some patience.

Default thanx.

the truck has been beating me up recently. replaced both stacks of rear springs - 1 main broke, replaced all. differential - pinion gears/seal, carrier bearings. The tranny needs $1800 worth of work - rebuild- broken snap ring on OD/reverse. A mysterious problem with the ABS. NO light/code, but pedal will go to floor as I'm almost stopped/ABS kicking in. Going to change the speed sensor in the rear dif I had work done in. the front speed sensors both measure 1200 ohms. IF the rear doesn't fix it,, I may have to go to professionals. I changed brake fluid, brakes, etc. I really want to disable the damn abs. I can stop fine without that technology crap.
