Night and day between the two trucks and their towing. I have a dually Cummins and the Hemi 1500. Honestly, you probably WILL
be disappointed with the gasser for towing and mileage. They just arn't in the same league at all. The Hemi does okay mind you, but coming from a torque monster like you have it will require some adjustment on your part mentally. Be patient and get used to winding her up a bit to find the torque! I switch between the two often and dang it's just amazing how different they are. I love them both for different reasons and I am sure you will too.
Hemi towing 3500 pounds, one axle highway = 10-11 Mpg.
Cummins towing 18,000 pounds three axle highway = 10-11 Mpg.
