Angry Lack of power

I have a 99 dodge ram 1500 4x4 sport with 5.9l and I'm having lack of power problems. When I give my truck full throttle it is VERY sluggish and will slowly pick up and go. I've been fighting this for over 3 months now. No check engine light and I've replace o2 sensors, tps, lis, map, air filter, cap and rotor, plugs, wires, new exhaust, fresh oil change, newer transmission rebuild, rearend serviced, cat tested 2 times, and I've still got the same problem!!!

could a bad crank sensor cause the problem? i cleaned my throttle body and replaced the gasket. i took a look through the throttle body holes and that metal pan was cleean so i know ive not got any internal leaks.

A bump just moves your post back to the top. My sons neon had some performance issues and come to find out the internals of the cat literally blew out and clogged up his muffler causing the performance issues. Just another idea. Good luck figuring it out.
