Default ram electrical problems

2011 ram big horn crew cab 4x4 hemi v8 1000 mi sometime when i start the truck all cluster lights stay on and flash but go out when i put on the brakes but come back on when i release the brakes.if i turn off the key and restart its ok. dealer says it has to be doing it when i bring it in i told them to keep it till they fix it. with a total electrical failure its not safe to drive

Hi, saw the post in the Newbie post, what progress has the dealer made? Has the computer system been checked out? I had an Olds in the past that had similar problems and after months of issues they traced it down to a bad ground strap between the computer and the body. It could be something as simple as that.
