Default Camber Bilstein 5100

So I haven't gotten my alignment done yet, but when people do this install are the adjustments to the front as far as alignment go pretty much being done to adjust the camber? I'm sure there is some side to side adjustments that will need to be done, but from what I can see I just see the obvious positive camber.

You are correct sir in indicating the apparent positive camber after leveling the front. The shop I took my truck in for alignment did the Camber and Caster adjustment as needed.

They just adjust what's there, no extra parts. My camber was off as well as the toe. An alignment is a must if any kind of levelling is done.

I assume you already have the billstiens installed. What setting did you use? If this is the case and you just need an
alignment they should not require any additional parts.

I just leveled mine on Saturday, 2.8 setting with a tgc 3/4" spacer in the rear an got it aligned yesterday. My camber, caster, and toe were all out of wack camber being the worst of course. In and out in an hour with everything back in spec and riding like a dream.

Happy to say not the slightest vibration in 4x4 or any other mode for that matter. I absolutely love it and would recommend 2.8 setting to anyone. 3" body and 35's soon :-)
