Default 2005 Rumble Bee A/C not Cooling

The A/C in my 2005 Rumble Bee with 5.7L V8 Hemi started acting up last summer and got worse this summer. I have 65,000 miles on the truck.

When I start the engine in the morning and temperature is <85 Degrees, the A/C works fine but it's not very cold. After I drive it for while and the engine warms up and the outside ambient gets over 95 degrees, the A/C does not cool anymore until I come to a stop light at idle. The compressor cycles OK, all blend doors are working OK whene I turn the knob from vent to floor to defrost. I chcked the R-134a pressures and they are between 35-45 psi on suction side and 250 to 275 psi on the discharge side.

I put in a leak detection dye, and no leaks were found. Any advice what to look for would be appreciated.
