Default Kenwood vs Sony

In full disclosure I don't know a lot about after market radios and will be having it installed professionally. I have my eye on the Kenwood ddx418 or the sony xnv 660bt. Big difference is the Sony comes with GPS. I was hoping any one who has used either of these could tell me some pros and cons of these units. Do they look good in the new Rams?

Thanks in advance,
Clint

I just put in the Kenwood KDC X995 and the bluetooth works so good, I had a sony in my wifes car and her bluetooth was not as good. I think a garmin is way better for navagation and you can take it with you when you fly out of town.
