Default How to remove plastic engine cover

Can anyone explain how to remove the HEMI cover in the engine compartment? I've seen how others have painted the cover, and I thought it would be a simple mod to do.

Simple really, You will have to remove the air intake duct (black 4 inch duct hose that passes over the cover) first. The cover is held down by "plastic pressure cllips". just grab the cover by the front, lift up, and pull toward you. It should come out with a little pressure. It will be obvious how it fits back in.

Great easy mod to add that custom touch to your engine bay.

Isn't that kinda personal? LOL

I was able to lift the cover to release it from its latches, but I didn't fully remove it as I ran out of time.

Looks easy to remove/install.
