Question Boring TB? Intake sensor?

If its possible without a special expensive machine, How would I bore my TB on my 2004 hemi? And what should I use to clean my TB?
If i put pvc from the TB to the airbox, what do i do with the sensor?

i would never bore the tb without a mill or something with a digital location read out, you dont wanna **** anything up, your holes should be dead centered. go slow and use plenty of oil, then you can clean it with oil and air, carb cleaner if you wanna get dirt and grime off. but the tb does get pretty hot, i dunno how hot but id make sure the pvc will hold up, and id figure out a way to hook that sensor back up, or get a delete sensor for it

So id know what size and angles and connections to use ya know. And im modding my airbox today, running some pipe to the fog light hole, hopefully that turns out good.

im at work right now, but the parts can all the bought at home depot.
1-90 degree street bend elbow
1-2 foot long section of 3" pvc pipe
1-90 degree elbow
1-3" coupler
1-pvc cement(although i didnt use it on the pipe that my filter is connected to the last bend just incase i wanna change it out and it is tight in there!)
1- spectre cone filter (after you take out your stock airbox, there is TONS of room for a huge filter!!)
then the hardest part, find a bracket or mount (i fabricated one) thatll bolt up to the 8mm?? or 13mm?? hole from your airbox

sorry no..I did this back in 05.. I remember using 4" dia pvc... 1 - 90 degree elbow, 1 - 22 degree elbow, 1 - straight 4" short connector, 2 - 3" to 4" rubber connectors (for each end), and 2 - 4" rubber connectors to tie in the pvc together..
