Default 2011 dodge ram express Y-pipe question?

Hey guys i just bought me a new dodge ram express that came with the dual exhasust system on it. I was wondering if i can change out my y-pipe for better flow and performance, but still keep my stock muffler and pipes.. they allready sound good as it is.. what do u guys think?

Hi and a warm Carolina welcome to the best RAM ForumZ on the web.

The value of modifying the y is to open up the exhaust floe and the factory muffler is very restrictive.

Take time to drop over to the Newbie Checkin to say Hi!

Did you ever get an answer on this OP? Curious if there really are any better designed mid/y-pipes for the Ram Express/Sport Hemi trucks..

Found another thread here that might help you decide: http://www.ramforumz.com/showthread.php?t=88965
