As someone with a back seat full of kids let me impart two bits of wisdom that made me get a crewcab .

1)Your kids are only gonna get bigger , you'll need the room .

2)Your comfort in the front seat is directly proportional to THEIR comfort in the back seat , you WILL be glad you have the room .

If there was only a way tohave three doors back there . LOL Thats the only thing they argue about now , who gets the window seats

I had a 2012 quad rental and its not bad but the crew I find much nicer inside with the extra room if you plan on having passangers. The quad is a good work truck with a slightly larger bed and my rear ac is cops.

2014 Black Express, 4.5" Maxtrac lift, Ballistic Razorback's 20x9, 35x12.5 Federal Cougaria MT's, DeeZee tailgate assist, K&N drop in filter, magnaflow 16" welded in, Diablo Trinity, 20% tint on the front and 5% on the rear glass, AVS Smoked Aeroskin, HID 3000k fogs, 6000k HID's in the projectors.

I bought the quad but I wanted the crew, it was more about availability than choice.

I would say if you're only occasionally going to haul passengers then you can make due with the quad but if you've got kids then go crew.

I'm constantly shuffling the passenger seat back and forth to get a few extra inches of space.

As far as box space is concerned, you can always pull a trailer if need be.

I have an 09 QC and it is perfect for me. My kids are grown up and out of the house so I don't have to worry about that. I recently took my wife, brother and niece on a 3 day trip in the mountains. My wife and niece sat in the back and they didn't complain at all. Mind you my wife is only 5'4. I have also taken coworkers to meetings over an hour a way and when I asked them if they were comfortable they all say surprisingly yes. The extra bed space has come in handy quite a few times as well. So all in all I am really happy with the QC and like other QC owners have said....they do look better than the CC. IMO.

QC seems to work well. I have an ARE topper so the bed (6.5) is well used. I also tow a travel trailer and the storage space, covered and secure with the topper is crucial. With the rear seats flipped up, I can put my bicycle in without having to remove the front wheel. Pretty cool.
