Default x pipe and y pipe together?

can i run a magnaflow x pipe and y pipe together and still get some good gains? all i want is performance out of it... i have a 2011 dodge ram express... thanks guys... my dual exaust system is stock btw!

Both would be pointless.....you should pick one. Stick with a Y until a tuner is available. An X setup would be pretty different flow than stock setup

wow thanks! im going to go with the maganflow y pipe... 2.50 duel inlet and 3.00 single outlet.. is that the right measurement for the y??

That is correct. The purpose of an x pipe is to equalize pressure between the cylinder banks of a true dual setup, and a Y creates a single setup....counter productive!

Y pipe part number is 10778! My install

Agree with Tim there ^^^^ One is for a dual system, one is for the single muffler system.

thanks guys! im loving my dodge ram express!! even though it has 3.55 gears and is 4x4 it still has alot of power and go! i just put in a drop in k&n air filter as well..
