Varsity Chrysler. Do NOT go there for ANY service. Fair warning.

Another good thing about these boards... if you'd asked, we could've told you to avoid varsity for any repair work. The best 3 in calgary are (in no particular order) Tower, Big 4, and Eastside. I like Big 4 since the service cashier's partner is a member on here with an '03 blown 392 stroker. I also know one of the service writers over at Tower, he's part of the ALX club, so he cares about the vehicles.

OMGG
THOSE ****S GOT ME TOO! I was reading and thinking how they scratched my truck in 2 places and somehow got diff oil all over the rear of my truck when getting my first oil change and the diff recall! I read your last comment and couldn't believe it. The scratches are so minor but you can tell one of those retards leaned against my truck. I know cause Id kill someone if I saw them do it it was so new, you could see it clear in the dirt!
Garbage dealership. Extremely poor costumer service, When I got home with it I noticed it and returned, he just tried to deny it, but I stood my ground. Made the tech wash my truck after giving him shit right in front of me. He takes it away to power wash it and I didnt like that already, I looked at it when it returned and noticed the stupid ****ed hit my truck with the nozzle.. He kinda offered a free body wax or whatever but I just laughed at him to think Id let him touch it again. I left before I punched the two of em.

Im glad I saw this thread. I thought I was just unlucky but clearly its a place to avoid. I even booked an appointment to get my rapid recalls done next week! (Not sure if thats the proper tem)

Have you happened to find a different dealership to try yet? Id like to get my updates asap

I agree here. I've had excellent service at Tower and I'm about to close a deal with Eastside for 26 new Caravans. I'm excited to see how the service is at Eastside seeing as they are Calgary's largest Dodge dealer.

Haven't dealt with Big4 yet but I have heard they're pretty good from friends and colleagues.

26 caravans! What, are you running the soccer mom assosiation or something Gotta love fleet rental/sales. Remember, the secret to getting good service is actually talking with the service writers, buy donuts/coffee for the techs, and in general, don't be an ass to the people... Oh, and take nothing the sales guy says as truth unless it's in writing.

Lol I wish! 26 soccer moms driving a Dodge product sounds pretty hot to me but unfortunately no.

Hi and a warm Carolina welcome to the best RAM ForumZ on the web. Hate to read the first post with such a painful dealership experience and I sure wouldn't go back once they get things fixed.

I'm not the first and won't be the last to ask ~ How about posting a few photos of your truck once it's fixed of course? Hey, and drop by the Newbie Checkin and say hint the rest of the group!

Thanks for letting me know which dealer you had the mishap at. I hope that everything works out for you.

Seems to me like a couple letters to Chrysler should be in the making
Not bad mouthing but mentioning some dissatisfaction with their using janitors or car washers to do minor tire changes & oil changes

Whn i take my Ram into get service, the service writer does a complete walk around & notes down EVERYTHING they see, we as customers need to do the same thing when we are given the truck back, don't drive away until you do it
