i got the non foulers installed. had to extend my driver side o2 sensor bcus it was to short. and erased my codes and truck is running great and LOUD. as soon as i find the usb cord for my video cam i will upload a video. thanx for the advice everyone.
Seems like some people are still having a light come on even with the non foulers, it seems to be remedied by putting some steel wool in the non fouler closest to the exhaust pipe. hutch88 did this and it worked I believe, I tried asking him what exactly he did but he hasn't responded yet.
got my spacers, drilled them out, have some steel wool in there now but need to know if I put it in correct. Is it to compacted? Im not sure if I compact it like I have it currently or leave it in there loosely? here are the pics...please let me know soon guys, wanna install this tomorrow morning before it gets really hot...
I've got non-foulers with the steel wool on my exhaust. You want to pack the steel wool in the non-fouler nice and tight. Should be able to get a good amount in there if you pack it good and tight. Mine have about 15k miles on them and have never had an O2 code ever since I put them on.
