Default 02 ram engine issue

I have a 2002 Ram 1500 4.7 liter with 140,000 miles, my issue is it has a slight tap when I first take of from a stop. After alittle wit it goes away, but will ome back. Any idea on what it might be and how to fix it. I love the truck and it has been great to me I dont wat anything to happen to it.

On the 4.7 I believe you are going to need timing chains and tensioners. This is pretty common for those miles on that engine. Probably an 8 on a scale of 1-10 for DIY difficulty but certainly do-able.
