Get them changed!

You can do it your self and save a whack of cash if your mechanically inclined and have the tools. Gapping gauge, 5/8" socket, ratchet, and a bunch of extensions and wobble joints; anti-seize compound, dielectric grease and about 2 hours.

There are actually 16 plugs and although I have not yet done it I would expect the 2 hour estimate to be about right.

I understood that 1 set of 8 plugs gets changed ~ every 30K miles, while the 'special' set is supposed to last ~100K miles

You are absolutely right......sorta.

The 4.7 engine has 2 different plug types that follow this schedule.

The 5.7 Hemi has 16 identical plugs that 'should' be replaced every 30K miles. These are plain ol' copper plugs (inexpensive), and the Hemi doesn't seem to want the fancy plugs.

I asked my dealer what it was going to run, he said about $200. So $362 sound real high...might want to check another dealer in the area.
