I have to say, if you drive a Hemi you most likely are a handy guy. Besides, the engine is in normal easy access positioning - not like those pain in the ass front wheel drive set ups. Therefore, you simply take your time - one plug at a time. Enjoy the work and experience of working on yoiur own Hemi and then finally having the satisfaction that you saved yourself enough money to buy (or save for) some nice accessories for yourself! 2hrs is about right - you don't rush into it. Have a few "pops" while doing it - but not too many!

I just changed my plugs this weekend. Took me a little over 3 hours, but I'm meticulous and sometimes that slows me down. Honestly, it wasn't fun, but I've seen worse. For me, the worst plugs were on the passenger side, back by the firewall. I found I had less room to work there than I did on the driver's side by the brake booster. I carefully unlatched the looms for the coolant lines and had just enough room to get that coil out. The only other things I removed were the engine cover and the intake hose to the throttle body to get those items out of the way.

I have 47k on my truck, and the plugs were in fair shape - gap at about .49-.50 when I pulled them out. I was starting to notice reduced fuel consumption and less power. New plugs seemed to have done the trick - truck runs like a top now. I replaced with the OEM NGK's that came in the truck.

They were fairly hard to break loose as well. Glad I did them now and didn't wait any longer. Plus, I got the whole job done with a few wobble extensions and a couple of universals. Also, I had an aluminum folding step stool that I needed when doing the ones on the driver's side back by the firewall - I basically laid across the top of the engine from the front to the rear and was able to get them out fairly easily. I'm 6'4", but having that step ladder made all the difference.

16 plugs 2 hours - $350 cheaper and better then me mucking the damn thing up then having to pay for a tow truck and then the plug.
