I found this to clear the light, maybe it will help?

"Turn the key to the ON position, pump the accelerator 4 times to the floor. Turn the key back off. Service interval dinger should be gone. I did that when my oil change reminder came on at 7500. I'm at a hair over 27k now and it hasn't come back."

I also saw that the emissions code comes on around 67k and that requires CCV replacement and EGR cleaning.

Any one else have any advice?

I don't have a Ram but did some searching on the internet. I didn't want you to go unnoticed! Are there any other dealers you could go to? Or a trusted mechanic?

thanks,my mechanic cannot fix this because it does not cause a code,so no check engine light. And all the other dealers are pretty far away,I am thinking of just ignoring the message, maybe put some electrical tape over console screen. Thanks again for helping.

Kindly curious about this too. My girlfriends dads 6.7 keeps coming up wit the "service required" message and says it needs dpf maintenance I've cleared the code 4 times now (key to on position pump brakes twice and accelerator twice key off, it comes back 300 miles later).
From what I've read it sounds like crank case filter as well

Resetting the code does not make the issue go away....neither does electrical tape... It will be less costly if you do the maintenance now, rather than a repair later...
