Nope, no yet. I'm getting a quote to have my flanges laser cut, should have that today I hope. After that, I can start the mock up. If you are still interested in me making flanges for you, I will need a driver's side head. The gaskets I started with were off to the head.

Unfortunately I don't have a head to give you lol. I'm still interested in flanges depending on cost. If you already have some flanges being cut why would you need another head to make a set?

The flanges I'm having cut are for the 02-07 heads, not for the 08 and up. Also, each head is different.

Whose gaskets were you using Stampede, and how bad were they off in comparision to the head.
Could the gaskets be port matched to the heads, then used as your template?

Why do you say each head is different?

Sean this is from the Allpar link on the changes to the 4.7 thread, from a few days ago.
Looks like the heads are differant side to side, but they don't say if both intake and exhaust ports are differant.

The heads are 'handed' - ie. not interchangeable side to side, mostly because the ports are in a different order left to right.

Original is at Next generation V8 engine - the Dodge/Jeep 4.7 liter V-8 http://www.allpar.com/mopar/47.html#ixzz2rGgN2XM7

No what I mean is he's saying every driver's head is different, or at least that's the way I read it. So if he makes a set of headers for my 2010 4.7 they won't fit someone else's 2010 4.7.

I think he's only saying they're differant from side to side.
Heads are cast in a mold,at several thousand dollars or more per mold, they aren't gonna make new molds and cast individual heads for each and every engine made.

Hornet is correct, side to side is different. I only have passenger side head, and I will not go off of the gaskets, cause they are not close enough for my taste.

Unhappy Kind of sad

Love the truck. But like others my mileage sucks. Maybe 11.5 or 12 in town, 18 highway. Put a programar on it, and a 3in exhaust, and coldair intake. Runs great. I did not buy the truck for mileage. Dodge has the best truck out there. My only problem is that I had HID's put on, what a night mare. They keep going out, most of the time it is the right one. I'm on my 4th set. I think that this is the last time. Anyone have any ideas? Maybe a diagram or something?
