Default clutch fan not disengaging

I've noticed that there is times that my clutch fan isn't disengaging at times. The fan just roars at higher RPMs and I know that kills power and MPG. Has anyone had clutch fan problems. I notice it more when towing. This may be a good time to upgrade to electric fans.

How many miles do you have? It's not uncommon for the clutch to wear out at high mileage...
