Default Steering Wheel Shake and Vibration

Tried To Search threads for 2011 for this and did not find it. So hope not posted out of Sync.

Any One have a slight steering wheel shake? This one has had a slight shake since day one...It has 3100 Miles now and just back from long trip of speeds over 65 MPH and has noticable shake in Steering wheel at over 65 MPH. The day I bought Truck I noticed it very slight and thought maybe it was where truck had been setting...gets worse at over 65 to 70 MPH.

no other Vibrations in the cab....only in Steering Wheel.

Mine has no shakes or vibes at all, smooth as glass. My guess would be a tire slightly out of balance.

id start with balancing the front tires then go from there. Ive seen quite a few new off the delivery truck vehicles with the tires not balanced correctly lately. not sure why but its a pain in the butt to have to fiddle with little things like this at the shop.

yeah i feel ya. when we PDI the new vehicles we check for stuff like this so that whatever problems are found are fixed before the customer test drives/buys the vehicle. Im not a huge fan of dealerships but luckily the one that i work for is very fair and honest. hard to find these days.

If the re balance does not work,

rotate the fronts to rear and vice/versa, then see if it goes away.
