Default Need shocks for my '04

Got a 04 quad cab and its lifted. Looks to be lifted about 4 inchs with 38x1350x24 wheels and tires. It looks like the owner before me used the stock shock cause they look fully extended at all times. Now I have been looking on here but not having any luck. I was think the Blisteins 5100 but cant find them for my year truck. Any suggestions? Here's a picture of the truck.

I don't see them listed either but they list the Bilstein 5100 series for a 2007 with various lift heights, front and rear. I looked at what was listed as a stock replacement for a 2004 and the shock configuration are the same so I don't know why the 5100 series for a 2007 wouldn't work for your truck.

I'd spend a little time perusing the specs on the 2004 Bilstein stock replacement shock, then check out the 5100's for a 2007.

I personally don't really see the difference between the 2? I was thinking the '07 shocks would fit with no problem but I didn't know if anyone on here has done this yet.

I agree...I couldn't see any differences either.

Alright, this is what I have gathered.

Bilstein does make a 5100 series for my year but only in the rear and only with a 0-1" lift. Here is the info on the stocks
Part Number: 24-185783
*Collapsed Length (IN): 16.16
*Extended Length (IN): 26.14

Now I also found some for the '07 model. As you said before they have the 5100 series for lifted '07's.

Rears w/3-5" lift
Part Number: 33-187228
*Collapsed Length (IN): 20.37
*Extended Length (IN): 31.93

Fronts w/4-5" lift
Part Number: 24-066464
*Collapsed Length (IN): 16.34
*Extended Length (IN): 27.32

Now I'm not seeing anything as far as bolt sizes or the width difference between them. I still think they will bolt right up but I want to make sure before I made the investment and time.

One way to make absolutely sure is to call Bilstein USA and get the dimensions for both shocks.

I will probably be calling the Moorseville number tomorrow and checking. God I hope they will fit. If by some small chance they dont, does anyone have another good recommendations?
