Default Lack of power

can spin tires taking off, but on highway it has no power, no pick up and go, it's a 1994 ram 1500 4x4 318. don't know if this is normal. over 3 months will loose 2 liters of oil. oil with has some condinsation in it. have done a tune up. does smoke on start up for a bit. only getting 350 kms per tank.

You probably have an intake belly pan gasket blown. Pull the mainfold and replace it.

I'd look at changing the fuel filter, low fuel pressure = low horsepower, and where it really shows is at highway speeds, Ever burn up a clutch? you can still snap necks in all the low range gears, but the clutch will slip like crazy at 60 MPH, cuz of wind resistance... Burning a little oil at startup can also mean worn valve guides, how about if it idles for 5 minutes or so? If when revved then, does it smoke too? Just exploring the possibilities...
