But lets be real CAI and exhaust may make a very small difference in mileage ive noticed alot of extra performance in the truck. And really my saying to the MPG question which is asked here 3 times a week is if you want good mileage do not buy a pick up truck really sounds harsh i know but its true lol.

I have a tonneau cover so that probably helps. But everytime I go on the highway I reset my mpg gauge and put it in cruise at around 65 and I get 22+. I guess it stays running on 4 cylinders better on cruise because your not constantly going faster or slower. When I get my 35s i can kiss that goodbye.

14.5 mpg through the first tank, 15.2 mpg on the second with 75% highway driving at 70 mph. hoping it will increase a bit once the engine breaks in. hard to believe 24 mpg AVG highway. you must be cruising at 55 through flatland with a tailwind.

My average right now is sitting at 15.9 over the last 450 miles. Probably 120 miles of those are freeway, the rest is around town and cruising woodward

Sorry didn't realize there's a post about this before, I don't know why people get pissed off at new comers for posting stuff that's already been posted, give me a break. I think its funny everyone highly doubts im getting 22 avg sometimes better. I have the 08 with 345 hp, im sure the newer rams get a little less mpg. I drive I95 every day, and i try different speeds on cruise to experiment to get better mpg. I'll take a video of me going 65 and show my overhead display just for anyone who doesn't believe me.

any yahoo can get the readout to display great fuel economy while cruising down the interstate. what would be impressive is if you averaged 24 mpg through an entire tank of gas, like your first post insinuates. i'm not looking for you to prove anything to me (i'm just another dipshit on the internet), if you genuinely average 24 mpg then good for you and color me jealous

I never said I averaged 24 mpg through a full tank of gas, what I meant was if I want to I can get 24 if I'm going 60 65, but I average around 22. I was just seeing what everyone else gets
