Well knowing what I know now,
I would gladly still pay $650 for the Maggy Catback
and just throw the stockers at a junk yard for $50 scrap....yes its just That Good!

Search part# 16869 on the forumz and online for other price quotes
I know several posted about $480 - $550 with shipping included

here's a good one even with a Maggy Y pipe for $546.17 shipped...

Should be here either Thursday or Friday from AutoAnything (I buy nearly all my stuff from them, excellent customer service and price matching).

I will update this thread with both pictures and before and after video clip runs for comparison as I know many members are on the fence. I'm not telling a soul outside of the forum about this, I'll let my coworkers and friends figure it out themselves hehe.

Removed: Item for sale go in the For Sale / Wanted To Buy Section only.
I posted about 5 different links to threads with info where different members posted links to sites and/or quoted prices,
guess nobody clicks links anymore and need to be spoon fed all the information

I'm going to just start cut&pasting from now on.

If you have a bumper with dual cutouts It's THEE one to have.

I've had the same kit for almost a year now and it is Worth every penny!
I even sold my almost new dual take offs locally for $200
...so net cost is only around $300 for a DIY kit that takes less than an hour to install in the driveway.

The rear pipe sections are mandrel bent 2.5" stainless steel, (stock pipes are only 2.25")
The kit includes a sweet sounding 22" SS muffler and new tail section that eliminates the stock resonators.
So it sounds about the same as an 18" with reso's.

The real bonus for sport owners though...
The Huge Double Walled Polished Stainless Steel Tips that finish it all off are not available seperately and come welded in place to the tail section.

To buy an equivellent quality tip would cost $100 or more...each.
They make the puny stock tips look a like a complete joke!

Here's my Favorite combo...Magnaflow CatBack + Airaid intake + Diablo Trinity 93 Tune

Nice deep low rumble at idle, Hemi Roar at wide open throttle. <click for video>

In Cab WOT, with excessive tire spin <click for video>

Highway Cruise @ 100km/h (60 mph), avg 22-23 mpg <click for video>

Performance? oh hell yeah , got that covered too (13.898@98.51mph)

Looks? Maggy's 5" Double Walled Polished Stainless Steel tips vs little stock sport tips

Magnaflow

stock

I picked up a Magnaflow Y pipe yesterday for $27 to hold me over until I get my Headers...
My Bro's going to weld it in for me tomorrow

I guess I could have gone cheaper, but my Ram only gets the Best!
Best Sound, Best Performance, Best Fuel Economy AND Best Looks
... and no drone in-cab ...that's surely worth $300...right?

Think of it this way, The tips alone are Worth $200, so "if" you sell your stock take off they are FREE

if you don't sell , you still Got what you paid for

Just don't try to tell me you cant tell the difference,
maybe the difference doesn't matter to some, but it is Very apparent when you see them in person on a Sport.

It's a PITA to sell stock parts. Yes it can be done but when and with my luck I would do good to sell it for $50. I've has a OEM bed linner for sale and have listed it all over the place for only 50 bucks and I can't find any takers on it, not even a single email or phone call about it. I'll be lucky to just give it away at this point.
Where were you two weeks ago? I just bought a bedliner from Country Club Chrysler and paid $250 for it...

I was probably at Ocean City. Bought the truck then took off to the beach in it a few days later. Listed the liner in the Bulletin Board before I left but didn't get a single call for it. Anyway if you know anyone that wants it send them my way.
Do you want a stock exhaust? I'll sell you one cheap.....lol. I'll probably list it on here later and if I can find a taker then I'll probably go a head with the Magnaflowcat-back. Otherwise I'll probably stick with the stock or at least replace the muffler. Just hope I can find the Magnaflow for under $500 when I'm ready to buy. I see that most sites sell it for 5-700, Those are some big price difference.

It is just something to factor in. When you post that the cat back will cost $250 net, it's very appealing, but that's based on you selling your stock exhaust, which may not happen for months, or at all.

I'm confused as to why you're suddenly posting rudely at me???
I agree, you need to tone it down BlackRamHemi, there is no need for that kind of attitude towards another member
