I thought I read somewhere that the 2014's have 3157 REVERSE lights... Not 921s... Is this true? I can't seem to find the post any longer. :/

Does anyone know if I am able to mount the RL-2525 load resistors behind the tail light with double-sided 3M adhesive tape? Or will the heat melt the tape? If I can't, will sheet metal screws and rubber washers work for mounting?

Load resistors need to be mounted directly to a metal plate or sheet metal using screws or pop rivets. I would not recommend the use of 3M tape or rubber washers.

I swapped my underhood light to LED, with one purchased off Ebay. It was a 12-Led flat with a short lead which adapted to the existing mount. (It came with multiple adaptors for various type mounts.)

It as worked flawlessly and give a LOT more light.

Here is a link to similar: http://www.ebay.com/itm/5x-12V-Car-4...b7ea2c&vxp=mtr

Default Can Anyone Help Me Out Please?

I'm still having the "bulb out" error message issue. As of right now I minimized the LEDs on my truck to the inside (which works/looks great), license plate, and both cargo and 3rd brake light. I am still getting error messages for my license plates (goes on and off) and for a "rear brake light" (I don't have any LEDs for my tail lights). I figured it was actually telling me that my 3rd brake light was out; so I have spent multiple weekends trying to figure out a solution. I've swapped to canbus bulbs, and that didn't work, so now have 100Ohm 1W resistors on the cargo light (with 4 wires) and the 3rd brake light. The license plate error message does not always come on and usually pops up while I am driving. But I am still getting the error messages. Any solutions?

I attached some photos of my resistor set-up.

Dome light and map lights were too easy. I followed the instructions on post #13. The only issue was removing the map lights which I used pliers and duct tape. Other than that it was a breeze.
