I received my 921 LEDs.. and the reverse light is not a 921.. I have the black edition with the upgraded style tail lights and head lights.. I do not think that makes a difference.. can anyone tell me what size the tail lights are and what else share the same part number as the tail lights. thank you

I haven't played with the license plate lights yet.
From all that I have read, the only ones that you can change without issue are the cargo lights and the foot well lights. The rest are hit and miss on the interior.
Put non-canbus led's in my 3rd brake light, cargo lights, and license plate lights tonight. No codes on my screen at all for any of them and function fine.

Interesting. When I swapped out my brake light, I got the passenger rear brake out msg. Put the incandescent back in, and the error went away.
Maybe the Sport is different than the Outdoorsman? Does the sport have LED tails?

Installed some can bus leds from superbrightleds in the 3rd brake light and cargo a couple weeks ago with no errors. Installed ebay can bus leds in the backup lights tonight and got the error! Would you try some can bus from superbrights or would adding a resistor work better?

I believe that all years that have a light under the hood use at 561. Try this and see if it looks like yours.

From what I have read in this thread a my personal experience it is really hit and miss on each truck. However, if the bulb you are replacing blinks then add a resistor. Basically your turn signals will require a resistor. Check out this thread for more info:

If you have more questions just ask. SS4Luck and InDeepWaterBlue are the two members I have followed what they have posted about LEDs and LED problems.
