Default waxing

For those of us who do not need a cleaner type wax, and don't want to spend hours laboring away, try Eagle One Nano Spray on Wax. Just spray some on and rub it in until it shines. Work in small areas, preferably not in the sun, and you can do it 10 minutes. It's so quick and easy, you could even do it twice for a super shine,....and it lasts a good while on my vehicles.

when I get my porter cable and run a scratch/swirl remover and a finishing glaze over my truck, I plan to follow it up with a sealant and then with some colinite wax every season. Heard great things about it.

as far i'm often in construction areas and drive a lot, the wax won't really stay for too long on the car. (Switzerland isn't Texas )

But i only use Meguiars products.
Usually i make a 3-5h cleaning/washing round every week or two.

after cleaning i use first the Meguiars Mirro Glaze #7 Professional Show Car Glaze and after that the #26 Hi-Tech Yellow Wax (liquid).

works really finde and gives a really hot shine like
http://www.ramforumz.com/showthread.php?t=92688

I tried lots of waxes and sealings, at this kind of miles driven and usage at construction areas with the wet weather in switzerland, not a single product will last for long, but as far i saw, with those two parts, it keeps the shine and the Dust and Mud can be washed away quickly.

Your right--Switzerland ain't Texas---I haven't heard you say y'all once---. Glad you found the right combination for your truck and environment.

I have been a huge fan of collinite so I hate to say this. On my white ram it was terrible. Not shiny not glossy. Not sure why, did well on my wife's silver Toyota. I then used nxt 2.0 it was great, glossy, high shine, color popped. I think you should still try it, just throwing this out for white ram owners.

I just finished mine yesterday using the Collinite 845. Remember less is better--and less than that is more better, and don't let it "dry". When it barely has a haze, wipe it off. Only do one panel at a time. I think you will be more than satisfied with the results. You made an excellent choice. Let us know how it works for you.

Okay, So if I go with Collinite 845 is it safe to say hand waxing is the prefered method?
How much longer does this last over other standard waxes like eagle one or meguiars?
weeks, months?
