Default How much and what type of rear end fluid?

I need to change my diff fluid again and can'g find the info this time. How much do I need (not sure if I have the 10.5 or 11.5" axle) and what weight? I am definitely going to use synthetic. I was thinking the weight was 75-90 but not sure and don't know how much to buy. Thanks.

Found it. Was 75-90 and 4 quarts. Unfortunately, it smelled burned when it started draining but the fluid looked okay. I also found a little bit of metal shavings, but not a lot. I don't remember seeing any when I first changed it 75,000 miles ago.

Don't know what's best to use. I used Mobil 1 both times I think. Rear takes 4 quarts. I don't know about the front.
