Default Anybody use Fluid Film kit?

I'm planing on applying fluid film as a rust preventive undercoating this weekend. I picked up this kit that includes:
1 Gallon of Fluid Film NAS undercoating with easy pour spout.
1 Standard Fluid Film Spray Gun
2 Quart Bottle & screw on caps
1 Touch up Brush that screws on quart Bottle
1 large Fluid Film Spray can for tight spots with 24" Extension wand

Has anybody used this kit? The nozzle on the spray gun looks a bit odd, it doesn't look like a fan type nozzle. I'm looking for some pointers on how to get the most effective application of the product. I know I have to clean the undercarriage best I can. I assume I need to pull the plastic wheel well liners too.

Default

If its just a sprayer bottle, I would try some water in it and see how it does. I would also think to wait until closer to winter to apply so it sticks around longer.
