Default Block Drains

I want to flush my system before I put in the new radiator on my 99 Ram 1500, 5.9, auto.

I can't find the drain plugs. I have read that some engines don't have them. How do I know?

Thanks,
Newb

The one time I was under my 09 to change the oil I noticed the block drains were very accessable. Gotta change it again next week and will let you know if this isn't right but I am sure they were right there, easy to get at.
