thanks, and yeah, i should clean it out lol

got the 2x2 to fit in the bumper brackets good now. had to chop lower lip off the box so it would slide in and out

had to notch out the bracket for the spare tire carrier

then i moved onto makin the lower bumper bars, almost got em, just gotta redo the middle piece and notch out the brackets for it

went hard at it today.
i got all the diamond plate left from my skid plate

so i cut a chunk off

drilled holes for the plate, bent the ends and made previsions for the plate lights

then i made this nice lil box to go around the diamond plate, drilled holes and welded nuts on the back, and a piece of 2x2 sqare tube on the back

i painted the box for around the diamond plate, but its still wet so ill get a couple pics of that tomorrow, but i moved onto the bumper again and got this damned middle tube in

then after my father got home he notched out the brackets for me so now i got the bumper all tacked together, just gotta cut the ends and plate at an angle and add the safty chain plate

and of course i had to throw the tiregate back on and get a pic

got the plate bracket all put together, heres how it looks mounted on the bumper

got the bed bar made, just got a few brackets to cut and weld on

remounted the reciever hitch and welded bolts in the frame so if i ever need to put it on itll go on with ease

cut a couple pieces of plate to go between the bumper bars and the bumper bracket

finally got the bolts i want for the exhaust tip, looks 100% better

and made a lanyard for the hitchpin clip

tomorrow im gonna cut the ends of the bumper at an angle and make some plate to cap em off, and cut my mounts and weld em onto the bedbar

today i cut the ends of the bumper at a slight angle

cut a couple pieces of plate and tacked em to the ends to cap em off

and since i aint got anything left on the bumper except paint it (bringin it to my cousin tomorrow to have him weld it up for me i finished up the bed bad. got the hangers welded on with a bolt welded to each one

had to mock up the hi-lift to make sure it fit before i painted it, ended up having to hammer the bolts over a lil bit

got it all painted up and installed, still gotta get different bolts where its bolted to the box, also thinkin of painting the top of the angle ontop the boxside white, might have to clean up the hi-lift and repaint it now

thanks. heres the rear bumper installed and lookin badass, along with a pic showin the bumper, tiregate, bed bar, light bar, and exhaust tip

then i read about the throttle cable and zip tie mod(?) so i looked at my gas pedal and heres where it was

and where i could move it to, so i put a few zipties on the cable, but still need a couple more

and i also read about adjusting the crank sensor to advance/retard the timing. heres the crank sensor and rubber gromet removed

and how much i hogged out the holes. to advance it you gotta slide it towards the distributer/drivers side
