I have the Sickspeed as well and gysnst2 is right, the FM reception is horrible. But it looks awesome which is why I went with it. I never listen to FM anyway. Satellite or HDD only for me. If you need FM reception, I recommend you try something other than the Sickspeed.

Craven speed, is the way to go, if you just want a short quality ant..... all aluminum, has held up without problem to automatic car washes.... reception has been pretty good with the stronger radio signals....AM & FM...... No short ant will work quite as well as a full lenth ones on weaker signals....but I listen primarily to SAT radio, so a stubby am-fm one is fine with me...and this is the nicest one I have found so far

I ended up finally finding one at Wal-Mart, and it works great. no noticeable loss in reception, although I am on Sirius 99% of the time

I like this one but I wonder how "flexible" it is...?

I tested out my sickspeed 3" antenna today and could not tell any difference between it and the factory, granted I drove all over Dallas/Ft Worth (all city) so it may not be so great on the outskirts. Overall I'm very happy with the way it looks and performs. So far I have not noticed any reception issues.

That's excellent feedback. I will admit I never gave mine more than a single morning test but only because I never listen to FM. However, I would agree that an urban area like Dallas/Ft. Worth would probably provide better reception than a rural area like Fayetteville, AR if for no reason other than more stations and higher signal output.
