I know the pump PSI is 45 Max 35 Min, so between 35 and 45 you can best findout by looking on the top of your pump at the regulator. As for the GPH I don't know my guess would be around 40-50 again I have no certain answer but my guess is that. The ohm of the sending unit, well I can't give any exact number or really a guess because each sending unit is different but you might be looking around 250 ohms usually a higher number because if they went to low then the sending unit would get very hot. You could find the 2 wires that lead from that sending unit, it's really 3 wire but one is a ground so I and chrysler drop it off to 2 wires in the diagrams, yea take the two wires and connect an ohm meter to it, if you want I can send you a PDF of the sending unit diagram that will show you the exact wires that are attached to the sending unit, colour coded and all. Just let me know!

That I don't know off the top of my head, I can lookup the specs if I can even get them. I do know that the whole system is all quick connect nylon. The fuel line from the fuel rail travels alongside the frame and somewhere around the center of the frame the fuel line has a quick coupler on it then continues to the pump so you can easily replace sections of the fuel lines. My best guess for the fuel line size as far as diameter would be a few hairs bigger then 1/4" inner diameter again these are my guesses. As far as the length maybe 15-25 feet depends on vehicle length etc. I will go on ahead and find out the precise information for you if their is anything I'll tell you.

got a haynes manual, it says fuel pressure should be between 35-45 so you were correct on that, and it doesnt say what size the fuel line is or how many gph the fuel pump pushes. but i did find out the fuel sending unit reads 10 ohms when full and around 112 ohms when empty
