Default Sensor question

I have 2012 R/T with a K&N CAI and i swapped the stock muffler for a super 44 but I'm thinking of going with a magnaflow cat back my friends got one on his truck and the sound isn't too loud or too quiet. My question is I wanted to install headers preferrably long tubes but I'm not going to spend 1599 on ARH headers so I figured for now I would install some BBK or JBA headers. Will I run into any issues as far sensors? I've read some people say yes and some said everything was ok. I don't plan on doing any other major mods till tuning is available (if it ever is)
