Arrow Left turn signal/Left Mirror motor

When i push down the left turn signal sometimes it will blink for the left side and some times it will turn on the Right turn signal.

What is the cause of this?

My left Mirror will not respond to the switch in the cab except for going to the down position when i need it to.

The motor still sounds like it is working but the mirror is not moving.

What is the Cause of this?

Thanks in advance

I had that problem on an 06 ram I had, I pulled apart the cover right behind the steering wheel and founds some wires harnesses in a bind. Loosened them up, reinstalled and never had another problem with them. Mine was only affecting the left turn too, and was intermittent, but mainly fixed itself after the wheel turned about 45 degrees
