Default Heater Out! Water sloshing sound

Hello,

I have a 2003 ram and the heater went out a while back and had no urgency to fix it, until I finally found some spare time. When I noticed it was broken, I would hear water sloshing around coming from the lower dash area. Since it has been a few months, the water sloshing sound has stopped. A/C still works. I would like to try to fix this issue myself and I have a chilton manual. Does anyone have suggestions where to start trouble shooting? Or maybe an exact solution?

Any help is appreciated,
Thanks

Default ps

I also now remember that when the heater did work, it would still blow cold air out of my driver side and hot out of my passenger side.
