Question What did you pay for your tires???

Hey boys,

Just got a quote for my rubber today, Just wondering what you guys have paid for your new rubber?

I got a quote for mine:

Goodyear Wrangler DuraTracs
LT285/60R20

These are 1/2" taller and wider than the stock tires. So no rubbing should occur.
Any opinions from you boys will be greatly appreciated!

Got them priced 449$ installed with a rebate so total would be 1949$ roughly.
I do live up here in northern ontario, so things are a touch more pricey.

Good price or what?

Justin

Im not a fan of just winter tires, I want something with some mean looks.

Im running these duratracs on my 07 Nitro and love them. Best winter/all terrain tires I have ever bought.

These things are aggressive and bulky, which is pretty much what I want!

Just wondering what everyone else is paying for their all terrain tires??

Damn!!! Discount Tire hooked me up with 305/45R22 Falken Ziex installed with free balance, rotation, and fix or replace warranty for the life of the tires at just a hair over $800.

Didn't realize some smaller all-terrains would run that much.

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....omCompare1=yes

I found them on tirerack for 1244$.

Plus I will need to get my old tires off, these on, re balanced, and re installed.

What do you think

My 265 70 17 Cooper Zeon LTZ's cost just under $1,100.00 for the tires, mounting, balancing, disposal of the good years, and new lugs. Just about every other tire I looked at including the Toyo AT were between $750.00 and $1000.00 out the door. I had discount tire quote me under $500.00 out the door for those same Falken's^^^ but don't like them. Obviously this is not apples to apples, I have 17" wheels.

Just called the local Fountain Tire that we do all our shop trucks at. The guy there tells me best price he can do balanced and installed is $1917.46 on the Duratracs! So your price is pretty much right on the money.

Tires are almost always cheaper online in my experience. Unless you can find a good shop that's also willing to give you trade in on the ones you are getting rid of its almost never cheaper locally.

Side note: I wish they made the Duratracs in a 285/65R20

The 20" rims really screw me over, but I want to keep my rockstars and rip the duratracs on them!

He said if I had 16" it would be half the price.

But thanks guys!

Thanks Stump3r for checking up on that though, you don't know how much I appreciate it
