Default Lc7i line out converter

Pulling together the last pieces of my build and wanting to here input on line out converters. I have read into it and it seems as I should go with the lc7i from audio control. Wanted to hear your guys response to this product or suggestions for other products.

I used the LC6i with summing on my old truck and it made the rest of the install much easier. The summing function helped with audio quality.

I'll probably use something very similar from Audio Control on my next audio upgrade. I say go for it!

I haven't used anything like this before. Does the line out converter allow the sub function to be separated from vocals and other frequencies

Yes. It separates all channels.

You can hook up whatever channels you want. Just run the rca's to the sub channel and to the amp an f you're good to go.

Gotcha. Is there a guide for installing one for the base non alpine system? Do we even have an amp, or are the speakers just powered by the head unit

Non alpine no amp. I'm sure there's a guide somewhere?

Clean sweep is pricey if I remember? I Don't know anything about it otherwise so can't help with that.
