the 5.3L is weak

I beat two different 2wd RCSB 5.3 GMC's at the Track
...and they had $7k Magnacharger setups on them LOL!







I beat him by a full second ( 0.5 on reaction time and 0.5 on ET) see bottom of slip: Right lane first by .9627



It was a Hot out so I didn't quite break into the 13's that day

this is the other one (Black Maggy on it) I wont even post his slip, too embarassing for him ( lifted pre-runner 2wd on 35's)

ya the the nitrous hes shootin is equivlent to about the same power as a magnacharger! his chevy out ran the new 6.2l on motor! i dusted the new 6.2 but all he had was an intake

I took down a 6.2L with a Magnacharger too, but it was a Big heavy Quad Cab Denali.

We were within a 10th so it was very close

You won't void your warranty with a chip if truck breaks down you set it back to stock dealer will never know and mine cuts out at 106.

The tuners are traceable even if turned back to stock. And the limiter can very between 105 and 108 depending on how long you stay in the throttle

What if your truck breaks down and the computer freezes up ?
You cant unload your tune and go back to stock and Then you are hooped

My dealers cool, they are often the ones at the track I race against, Some of them even sell and promote DiabloSport products.

Ive talked to a few mechanics and they all said if its set back to stock they have no way to tell that it was ever tuned.

This isn't necessarily proof but I've never heard of anyone having an issue....I've been around superchips and diablo pretty much since they've been around, about 10 or 15 years or so...

There's a Chrysler Tech on DT that knows exactly what to look for,
He even posted a screen shot once from the dealerships starscan.

Just because some cant tell, just means they dont know what to look for.
