Default Help!!! No high beams on hid install!!

HELP!

I just installed a H13 bixenon kit on my 2011 ram and everything works perfect except when I go to switch to my high beams, both headlights turn off. Is this the can bus acting up and do I need to install a resistor? I'm stumped!

Andy

I doubt its a resistor, i thought those usually just throw an EVIC notification.

It is a shitty situation man, call the people you got them from and see if they have any ideas or will swap the kit out for you?
