I've considered doing the rims too. My wife seems to think that I'm obsessed... maybe....

This might be a dumb question. What exactly is Plasti dip.
Is it a coating you dip stuff in? Is it spray?

it comes as a container or aerosol. it sprats on just like spray paint but then it dries to form a thin, yet strong plastic coating. awessome stuff...Not to rob your thread man, but as requested back a few posts heres a pic of my plasti-dipped rim

Thank's,
I must get some.
I much prefer black wheels.
I was thinking of getting some black SRT wheels but your truck looks good.
I see you are in Canada too.
Where can I buy the stuff?

Amazon! where else? LOL

seriously... I'm told that you get it at most of the major hardware stores, though in my area of Louisiana I couldn't find any, so I ended up going the Amazon route.

That blows away the rattle can job I did, but I'm also going to be getting some wheels when the tires are ready to be replaced. Currently have the cop look going with hd front and rear bumpers, tint and black wheels...only on an inferno red truck!

I've been looking at the different billet plates to swap, but I just don't have the coin for it, so I decided to get my tape and plastidip out of storage.
What do y'all think?
Did you take the tailgate off? I got the front done and have been wanting to do the back, but wasnt sure if I should tape it off or remove tailgate lay flat tape off and then have at it.
