Default Cowl vent drain?

With all of the heavy rains we've been getting, my 96 extended cab, is getting standing water in the pass side floor well. All of the gaskets are good and I can see no sign of a leak. Is there a drain in the cowl vent? Can it fill up and dump into the cab? My next step is to take the hose and see if I can fill the cowl vent up and see if it floods the floor. The truck gets very little use, and I don't feel like diving under it to find a drain hose till it dries out a bit. If there is a drain where does it come out. Thanks, Joe.

I can't find a drain but there is a seal on both sides of the cowl piece. It's rubber so it's possible it's cracked and leaking.

My truck did that as well, turned out there was about 3" of a gap where there was no sealant of the windshield to the body and water would get through in a heavy rain and drip from under the dash. I filled that in and it stopped... It was under the window seal running upwards from the cowl, I would have never found it without pulling the window seal up...I could see plain as day into the truck through that gap.
