I honestly think you should be in the 7's 0-60 stock.... so if you remove the tuner all together and are running slower than that it must be something else....

My TB wasnt that bad, I cleaned it all up tho.
Since you are gaining 2 seconds between stock and the 91 tune I think the tune is taking to the truck. The problem is somewhere in your truck separate from the tuner in my opinion. An almost 11 second 0-60 time stock is where the problem lies. There has to be something wrong with the truck itself and not the tuner.

How often do/did you powerbrake? I'm wondering (and doubt it) if the trans fluid has broken down and has lost it's viscosity. Have you ever done a trans service? ....there's just so many things to check lol. Does it feel fast? Maybe you should roughly time your 0-60 yourself besides the tuner to see where that shows up...if stock on the SC shows a 11, but by a stopwatch you get an 8, you know it has to be something with the tuner...

I've only had the truck for 2k miles, lol. The trany fluid looks good. I dont power brake. I've done my own time and its accurate to the SC.

I guess my next thing is to pull the plugs and change them.

If I had a dead cylinder or bad spark plug, ect, wouldnt there be a code? Im getting 13.5 consistently mainly in town mpg. I havent checked it with the 91 tunes. too busy wasting gas lol. I guess I could do a good cleaning on my air filter.

Anyone know if the drop-in K&N's take oil?

Drop in panel k&n does take oil.

Also, I spoke to a couple of guys who are also into trucks but don't do the forum thing. One guy suggested that it might be something not related to the tuner and not monitored by the computer since there is no cel and you have slow times without ever installing the tune. Dragging caliper was the best idea he could come up with.

Good thought... Best way to test is jack it and spin the tire correct?

Yes. Got to have it in neutral without the parking brake to spin the rear tires. Make sure you block her good so it doesn't roll off the jack or stands.

also.... maybe has something to do with it. From the stock cats is a 3" straight pipe to the stock resonator. Maybe the pipe is too large? I've read that the biggest you want to go is 2.5" ???

Did you have the stock cats opened up to 3"? The stock cats are only 2.5" diameter inlet and outlet.

ok.. so I jacked it up, in N, the back passenger tire would not spin, it would try to engage the drive line.

The truck also has a 2" block in the back and front level. dont see why that would effect anything as far as times go.
