So I think there is an issue with something in the passenger side front wheel setup. When I am on the brakes it makes a muffled skipping sound. Would think it would be that the rotor is warped but there is no brake pedal movement. Any help would be appreciated.

My advice is to Check you Caliper and brakes to make sure your rotor is getting 100% from your brake and caliper. If you see no signs of any problem and the rotor looks normal remove the driver side and exchange the rotor with the passenger side and see if the problem continues. Explain to me Do you feel the truck jerk when you brake? Or pull to one side when you brake?
