Question 2008 Ram 1500 leans to passenger side!

I need some help, My 2008 Ram leans to the passenger side and has about a 1 inch difference between the two sides. One place I took the truck to wanted to replace all of the springs, another place told me that my frame looks like its twisted, another place told me that my passenger side springs needed to be replaced but could possibly get away with replacing only the passenger leaf spring. This is very frustrating; could someone help me with a very cheap solution?

Cool Dodge Tilt/Lean

I have heard that the tilt is caused by the amount of fuel in the tank. More gas= more tilt.

The gas tank is on the drivers side of the truck, I am having an issue with the passenger side.

First things, first....let's see if we can't isolate the problem.

Does the passenger side front sag in relation to the driver's side?

What's the measurement of the difference?

Repeat for the rear, side to side.

Maybe we can isolate it to one of the corners, then focus on root cause. It may be one bad shock, a weak spring or some other simple fix. Just gotta find it first.

Thanks MADDOG, the truck has 1 inch diffrence between the two sides. The passenger side is sagging slighlty more in the front by 1/4 inch than the rear.
Have the coil springs been known to get weak on a 4 year old truck with only highway miles?

Was wondering if my eyes weren't deceiving me the other day, but looks like mine has a lean more to the driver side, guess I'll have to look at it again when there's a little less gas in the tank but sure hope you can figure out what's causing it though it would seem odd to me to have a weak spring so soon, well except maybe from driving the roads in LA.

When I lowered the rear of my truck I over torqued the shackle on the drivers side which made the passenger side look saggy, I loosened and re-torqued the shackles and she sits level now. thanks for all of the input.
